Booking begins with a personalized consultation and a signed service agreement outlining your requirements, deliverables, timelines and other details. Upon confirmation and a retainer payment, your date is reserved exclusively for you.

Our standard package typically includes coverage by experienced photographers and filmmakers, high-resolution edited images, cinematic wedding films (short and highlight versions), digital delivery, and online gallery access. We offer separate pricing for albums, prints, and additional services.
Wedding photographs are usually delivered within 8-10 weeks, while films take 12-15 weeks depending on project complexity and seasonality. We keep clients updated throughout the editing process and strive for timely delivery.
Final deliverables are provided via a secure, password-protected online gallery and download links. Upon request, we also provide high-resolution images and films on hard drives or other media for easy sharing with loved ones.

Rescheduling is permitted with advance notice as outlined in the service agreement (typically three months in advance); cancellations result in forfeiture of the non-refundable retainer, which secures our exclusive commitment to your date. We handle unforeseen circumstances empathetically and transparently.
Stardust Stories retains the intellectual property rights, with clients granted broad personal usage rights for prints and sharing. If you prefer that your images/videos not be featured for promotional purposes, special arrangements can be made at additional cost.

Also send music or film style references you like, plus any cultural or personal details we should respect and highlight.
